OSCO'S BULK FUELING SERVICE

You've probably bought fuel for many years. We've sold it for decades. We know there's not much about fuel service you haven't heard before. We also know that while fuel is an absolutely crucial resource to your operations, when you do talk about it, it's most likely to complain about the expense. We think you should take a minute now and consider the value fuel delivers, rather than focus on what it takes out of your budget.
You should know first of all that fuel is a terrific bargain. Compared to what it gives you -- one gallon can move an 80,000 lb. truck six or seven miles down the road -- what you pay for it is rather trifling. And, contrary to the myths, the oil industry has only lowered the cost of fuel. That's right, you're paying less in real dollars for a gallon of diesel or gasoline than you did ten years ago. Considering the work a gallon of fuel does for you, it's one of the cheapest things around.
Sure, fuel fluctuates in price; sometimes a fair amount. What commodity doesn't? Natural disasters, man-made disasters, unstable economies and currencies.... all these things and more will effect the price you pay for fuel. Prices drop again too. Often just as quickly, it just seems to go unnoticed.

Fuel might be the life blood of your business, but it's always out of sight and mind until you have to pay the bill or order more. You may not be able to control the cost of fuel (neither can we), but just like the air you breathe, if it's not available, you're out of business. So, when you think of fuel, think of everything it allows your business to do and how relatively small your investment really is. Once you take a minute to do that, you'll know the same thing we do; fuel delivers more return per dollar than any other resources connected to your operation.

In today's environment, competence in supplying fuel requires a good deal of knowledge about all relevant (and changing) ordinances and regulations. OSCO will work closely with you to evaluate your present fuel storage situation in regards to OSHA'S and EPA's current and forthcoming regulations. We will help you develop the action plan you need to be in compliance with the fuel storage upgrade standards mandated by the EPA and which must be met by the end of 1998.

The new environmental constraints mean that the storage tanks you have now are almost certainly obsolete. The decision to be cost-effective, operationally sound and in compliance means you'll want to work with OSCO.

OSCO always delivers more than fuel. We also provide the support you need to make your operation safe and in compliance with all existing regulations. Considering the increasing scope and economic impact of EPA and OSHA rulings, and the legitimate safety concerns attached to bulk fuel storage, it's a very good idea to work with a firm that has the expertise you need to do things right. It's simply too expensive to do things wrong.
